Enquiries do not create an engagement
Sending an enquiry, submitting details through the contact page, or discussing a role with us does not by itself create a binding engagement. Services are provided only under a written agreement or assignment letter that sets out the scope, fees, replacement terms and notice periods.
Candidate submissions
By sending your details you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We present candidates to a client only with the candidate's prior agreement for that specific role.
Intellectual property
The name Talechia Connect, the logo, and the text and design of this website belong to us. You may read and share pages, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of the content commercially without written permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content outside a contracted engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
